The Event

For those who enjoy playing golf on a great course, eating good food, having fun whilst contributing to an internationally recognised, community based good cause, we’ve got just the answer!

This event is being promoted in order to assist not only in the raising of much needed funds, but also to develop closer relationships with the business community. In addition to the main 4 ball 18 hole stableford competition, golfers can also compete in a range of contests such as putting, nearest to the pin and the longest drive. You could even win a car with a hole in one!

The £420 team entry is for 4 players and includes breakfast and a 2 course presentation lunch. There will be an impressive array of prizes for all you pot-hunters!

Not a golfer ? Never mind, there are many opportunities to promote your organisation through a variety of sponsorship packages and participation in the charity auction detailed elsewhere on this site.

From experience we do anticipate an over-subscription to our event and would urge you to enter a team early to avoid disappointment.

Schedule 7.30am Registration, tee / time allocations and breakfast:

8.30am Shotgun start

1.30pm Golf Gala Lunch

3.00pm Auction and prize presentations

4.30pm End

Prizes

There will be trophies and prizes for the Winning Team and for 2nd and 3rd place teams, as well as trophies and prizes for the Individual Best Player, Nearest the Pin and for The Longest Drive. Other prizes will include the ‘Most Unfortunate Player’ and for the ‘Best Dressed Team’.

And of course, there’s a car to be won for the first player to sink a hole in one on the designated hole!

The organising committee’s decision will be final.

Weather: Unless the course is closed, the event will take place regardless of the conditions.
